About Dan Gomez

Hi, I’m Dan. I’ve always been energized by supporting others on their journey. I studied psychology at Penn State before pursuing a master’s degree. To this day, I believe our greatest potential revolves around our mindset, habits and internal compass.

Originally from the New York area, I moved to California in my 20s without a job lined up—just a sense that I wanted to build something different. The early years were uncertain. I took long commutes, lived simply, and at one point drove for Uber while figuring out my next step. Over time, I built more self-belief and became more intentional with my time. Through perseverance and risk-taking, I landed an opportunity at Sony, which became a turning point in my career.

From there, I worked in HR, recruiting, and production in aerospace and at PlayStation and Riot Games. I worked directly on League of Legends for 7 years. I collaborated with engineering, marketing, art, and leadership to deliver experiences to millions around the world. Across all of it, I learned how much individuals, teams, and culture shape our experience at work. I focused on creating safe spaces and empowering others to be authentic, share openly and take risks.

Today, I bring those experiences together in my coaching, helping professionals build the careers they actually want. I support tech professionals, creatives, and leaders, tailoring my approach to each person. We work together to create the change you want to see.
